Serving opportunities in Middle, East and West Tennessee. Share your actual cities, counties and travel radius; this is not a claim of current openings in every market. Cleaning scope does not include licensed trades, hazardous-material remediation or other regulated work unless separately qualified and expressly contracted.

We welcome qualified independent businesses, including sole proprietors and established teams. We evaluate practical capability and the proposed working relationship.
Looking for employment? Visit Careers →Insurance requirements vary by work and legal classification. Post-construction and other specialized scopes require individual review. We do not treat an applicant’s assertion of exemption as verification.
03 / From introduction to agreed scope
Share your specialties, coverage, capacity and qualifications.
We review capabilities and request verification or references when relevant, with appropriate permission.
Review the facility, tasks, frequency, access windows, consumables and exclusions before proposing your price.
Complete secure documentation, a signed agreement, site instructions and verification setup before service begins.
04 / Site security & accountability
A QR code at each participating property records arrival and departure events for site security and contract verification.
The following is proposed agreement language for our operations app. Final obligations and the app’s data notice must be provided and agreed before activation.
“Contractor agrees to use the designated on-site QR code verification system upon arrival and departure at the property. The system is used exclusively for client facility security, proof-of-presence verification for building management, and contract compliance. Data collected by this system is not used for payroll generation. Subject to the mutually agreed Scope of Work, service and access windows, and applicable safety and security requirements, Contractor retains control over the timing, methods, sequence, personnel and duration of its services.”
If a code, device or connection fails, Contractor must promptly report the exception through the designated contact and provide reasonable alternative verification. A missing or disputed scan requires review and is not, by itself, grounds to deny payment for services actually performed. Scan records alone do not establish completion, quality or legal worker status.
05 / Questions, answered
No. Applications are reviewed for business qualifications and potential fit. Approval, pricing, volume, exclusivity and any particular assignment are not promised. A separate written agreement and scope are required before work.
The intended relationship is with an independently operated business that evaluates and may decline proposed scopes, proposes or negotiates pricing, manages its personnel and methods, and may serve other clients, subject to lawful contractual duties. The actual facts and applicable law determine worker status; the application and QR clause cannot establish it by themselves.
Later-stage verification may include applicable registration or license records, certificates of insurance, permitted references and a W-9 through a designated secure onboarding process. Do not enter tax IDs, banking information, identity documents or private client information in this public application. Any background screening requires a separate lawful process and any required notices and authorization.
The planned verification record includes a site identifier, an authorized user or business identifier, arrival/departure timestamps and exception records. Before use, the app notice must identify actual device or security metadata, recipients, retention and any optional location permissions. This page does not authorize continuous tracking or biometric collection. Additional collection requires a separate review and appropriate notice or consent.
The signed scope must state price, invoice requirements, due dates, accepted payment method, dispute handling and any agreed rescheduling or cancellation charges. Changes require written authorization. Any undisputed amounts remain payable under the agreement; this application does not establish a pay-if-paid condition, penalty or forfeiture.

Scope and independence. Each accepted assignment requires written deliverables, service/access windows, quality criteria, price, supplies/equipment allocation and authorized contacts. Contractor manages its lawful business operations and personnel. Nothing waives rights or duties imposed by applicable law.
Verification and safety. Parties verify applicable licenses and insurance before work. Contractor must protect keys, credentials, client information and property, follow lawful site safety/security rules, and promptly report incidents. No unauthorized access, credential sharing, falsified scans or substitution of unapproved site-access personnel.
Changes and payment. Written approval is required for material scope or price changes. The final agreement sets invoicing, due dates, dispute notices, reasonable cure procedures, cancellation/rescheduling terms and payment method. No bank or card details are collected in this application.
Responsibility and ending work. Any indemnity, insurance allocation, liability limits, termination rights and cure periods must be specifically negotiated, lawful and appropriate to the scope. No blanket release of the company’s own misconduct or nonwaivable rights is created here. Client security may require immediate suspension of site access while a concern is reviewed.
Applicable law. The final agreement should identify the legal parties and apply Tennessee law subject to controlling federal law and mandatory protections. Any dispute procedure or venue must be expressly agreed and lawful. An unenforceable provision does not expand a waiver or eliminate nonwaivable rights. The executed agreement controls over this proposed summary.
